Product DescriptionYeast extract is a product obtained by enzymolysis autolysis (which can be separated and extracted again) with yeast for food as the main raw material and the combined action of yeast's own enzyme or added food grade enzyme, and is rich in amino acids, peptides, polypeptides and other soluble ingredients in yeast cells. An appropriate amount of excipients can be added for blending as required, and Maillard reaction process can also be added at the later stage of production, which belongs to food ingredients.
